What Goes Into Every Build:

• Structural Steelwork — RSJs, goalposts, and box frames engineered and installed to support open-plan layouts, loft conversions and rear extensions

• Timber Framing & Carpentry — stud walls, roof structures, dormer frames and floor joists — all built to precise specifications

• First Fix — plumbing, heating, electrical and ventilation roughed in before anything is closed up

• Insulation & Fire Protection — full thermal and acoustic insulation to meet or exceed Building Regulations

• Plastering & Boarding — dot-and-dab, skim coat and tape-and-joint finishing for perfectly smooth walls and ceilings

• Waterproofing & Tanking — below-ground and wet-area protection using certified systems

Every project is managed in-house, inspected at every stage, and signed off to Building Control standards. No subcontracted shortcuts — just reliable, high-quality construction.
